Food was edible, but not good..

Best place to eat in Bainbridge. My company sends us down to this area several times a year. Each trip I usually squeeze in one dinner here. They have a nice selection of beers and a fairly diverse menu. Parking is a bit of pain so of you are going with a group try to carpool. Other than that the servers and bartender are really nice. I haven't had to send a steak back to be recooked yet here.

This place was a little surprising in how busy it was. The food was really good, came out in a timely manner. The service was okay, but as a server myself I feel she had too many tables to worry about which led to us (party of 6) waiting on drinks for a while. Our server was very nice and I would say she definitely was running around helping everyone as much as she could (kudos!!). The other servers and manager were helping as needed which is nice. I would love to come back here any time, I did have a good experience!

Got there to eat at 5:40, got told 10 mins, we waited out in the heat for 10 mins nothing, my husband went in to check, told us 10 mins again he said ok, back outside we went waited for 10 mins,again nothing......... went back in again to see what was up? They said its gonna be another 10 mins, needless to say I'm not waiting another 10 mins.

Perfect comfort food! Great service and very clean! Our first time. Fried mushrooms best I've ever had ! Really good local beer also! Walkers stout was really good! Just good comfort food done slightly higher than you would expect!

Passing through town and stopped by. The place was packed for lunch. Service was pretty slow, but they were busy. Had the mahi mahi sandwich and was a little disappointed. I hoped it would move enough to be fresh, but I guess it is not ordered much and so was a little old. It was edible but not fresh. Friend had a burger and loved it. Three stars for the fish. Get a burger, give 'em a try.

Great little spot. I've never managed to have a bad meal there and the people are great!

Passing through to Columbus, Ga. Great atmosphere and customer service. Good sized portions and priced very reasonably. We needed a to go box for the amount of food we received. Can't wait to try the steaks!

We had a wonderful time for lunch. Excellant food as good as Mama used to make and sweet tea like only a Southerner could make. Very reasonably priced.

The best shrimp and grits I've ever had

I ordered the Gunpowder burger. It was more than a mouthful and very filling. The Boom Boom sauce was very good. The atmosphere was nice. I think more TVs throughout the place would be better. The waitress, Cierra, was excellent.

I've been to Bainbridge twice now, on both trips I've visited Bonnie Blue House for lunch, on both occasions they have not disappointed. The service is very prompt, and frequent. And Tuesday is Taco Day, the Fried Dill Pickles are very good!

Delicious Fried Mushrooms, add more horseradish to the dip please. The special tonight was the Prime Rib sandwich with fries... Out of this world for a great price. Our server was right on anticipating what we needed before we asked. Summary - we will be back.

OMG! My first time here and I'm hooked! I had the Pork Chop Dinner with 2 sides and AWESOME is the perfect word! It's a one inch thick smoked huge pork chop that is fall-off-the-bone tender and melts in your mouth! The French cut green beans were seasoned so deliciously. My 2nd side was mashed potatoes with brown gravy. Yummy! Do yourself a favor and take yourself! Take your family, take your friends! They will be saying thank you for the rest of their lives!! I can't wait to try their steaks and everything else!

A large selection of great food

It was a busy night so I'm assuming that's the reason they forgot my tables silverware and our appetizer as well as the super long wait time. Prices was fair, and food was good as well.

The girls that run the place are sweet efficient and full of life, so a nice place. The food is best, and lots of it. A local favorite Iam sure and the clientele were very friendly to strangers who had just flown in for a quick fuel stop.

Very fast service, nice atmosphere. Very hospitable. Roast beef a little tough, and a little overcooked. Not bad, just a little more than my liking. Good flavor! Waitress kept my tea glass full!! No complaints!! Would definitely go back!!

Great service, great drinks.

We went on Friday night close to 7 p.m. We had to wait in line for a few minutes for a table but the turn around was quick. The wait was well worth it. I had the seasoned and grilled gulf shrimp with sweet potato and vegetable medley. Cindy had the blackened grouper with onion rings and vegetable medley. They were both delicious and the service was great.

Service good steaks ok. Nice atmosphere.
